offer tried and tested engineering to provide you with that edge
over friend or competitor. D.S.M.U.K.
engineers can
supply and fit cylinder heads made to achieve maximum flow
efficiency, within the Manufacturers Specific Tolerances.
Ranging through Stages 1-4 and our Signature
DSM Race Head:
Stage 1. - Port
and polish inlet ports. Refaced/skimmed head. Rebuilt cylinder head
(new stem seals etc.) Polished valves.
Stage 2. - As stage 1, with the addition of ported and polished
exhaust ports.
Stage 3. - As stage 2, with the addition of matched inlet and
exhaust manifolds.
Stage 4. - As stage 3, with the addition of a suitable, up rated
valve springs and camshaft kit for your required
application.
DSM
Head.
- As
stage 4, with the addition of three angled valves with modified and
polished chambers. (Up-rated engine management system is
recommended, however without such a system, the engine must be run
on premium grade fuel)
Additional
costs will be incurred if the cylinder head requires replacement
valve guides, springs etc. Fitting of all D.S.M.U.K.
heads can be
carried out at our Workshop in the West
Midlands.
